What I know about you and why.
Briefly and without legalese. If anything here does not sit right with you, write to me and we will sort it out.
The controller is a specific person.
Petr Kokoška, Company ID 04158351, registered office Sukova 311, 257 22 Čerčany, Czech Republic, doing business under the Manta IT brand. Contact: petr.kokoska@mantait.cz, +420 732 329 431. I have no data protection officer, the law does not require me to appoint one; you are therefore writing directly to me.
Data you send me yourself.
The contact form and the grant eligibility questionnaire collect your name, e-mail, phone number, company ID, the municipality where the project takes place, and the details about your company that you fill in (size, planned project, estimated investment, status of obligations towards public authorities, ownership ties). I ask for them so I can assess whether you qualify for a grant; in the fields about obligations and ownership ties, "yes / working on it / don't know" is enough, I do not want any amounts or details from you.
- Purpose: to assess your enquiry, respond to it and possibly agree on working together.
- Legal basis: steps towards a contract that you yourself have shown interest in (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and subsequently performance of the contract and accounting and tax obligations.
- How long: I delete non-binding enquiries 24 months after the last contact. For completed engagements, statutory retention periods for accounting documents apply (10 years).
When I write to you.
I contact companies with an offer that is relevant to them, for example when a grant call with an approaching deadline is open in their region. I look up the contact details of the managing director or the company address in public sources: the commercial register, the register of economic entities and company websites.
- Purpose: to offer a service the company otherwise has no way of learning about.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in offering my own services to businesses. I have assessed that this is ordinary B2B communication to a work contact, on a small scale and without intruding on privacy.
- How long: I keep the contact for at most 24 months; if you reply that you do not wish to hear from me, I add it permanently to my list of addresses I never contact again.
- How to stop it: reply to any of my e-mails with the word STOP, or write to petr.kokoska@mantait.cz. I will stop immediately and will not ask why.
I do not sell it anywhere.
Apart from me, the data only reaches those without whom the service does not work:
- The grant agency that prepares and files the application for you. I pass the data on only once we agree to work together, and only to the extent needed for the application. Until then it stays with me.
- A financial advisor, if you want to arrange bridge financing. Not without your instruction.
- Technical service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting), Twilio SendGrid (sending e-mails from forms), Google Workspace (e-mail inbox). They process the data on my behalf and must not use it for themselves.
The website measures traffic through Google Ads and Google Analytics, but only if you consent in the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the cookies in your browser.
You can contact me about any of this.
- Request an overview of what I hold about you, or a copy of the data.
- Have it corrected or deleted.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest (that is, to me writing to you).
- Restrict the processing or have the data transferred elsewhere.
- Lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz. I would appreciate it if you tried me first, though.
Write to petr.kokoska@mantait.cz. I reply within one business day and resolve requests within a month. Last updated: 8 August 2026.
